POSITION SUMMARY
Fierce Forward is seeking a Maker to join our team in north Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full time on-site role with great earning potential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Maker is the craftsman responsible for creating our jewelry and home decor products. The Maker will also inspect the pieces they make to ensure they meet the Fierce Forward brand standard. We have high standards and care about the product we send out into the world. To us it's not just a piece of jewelry, it's a piece of art that supports a person in their life.
We are a jewelry company that crafts pieces to uplift people and we are also a company that takes what we do very seriously. Our Fierce Forward culture is one that promotes hard work, personal growth, personal accountability, and open communication. We work as a team and all have each other's backs.
Who we're looking for is someone who loves working with their hands, has excellent attention to detail, has a positive attitude when they walk in the door that contributes to the FF team morale, is self managed & wants to be apart of a mission that you feel personally aligned with and would love the opportunity to support.
Must have the ability to be open to constructive feedback and desire to continuously improve.

QUALIFICATIONS
No prior jewelry making is required. We train in-house. This is not a position to come and learn how to make jewelry and then leave. We are dedicated to finding people who want to be a part of the Fierce Forward Team and who support our mission and why we do what we do.
