Unless otherwise shown in the listing our processing times are as follows:
- Jewelry and car charms: 4 business days
- Accessories: 2 business days
- Gemstone hangings: 5 business days
- Suncatchers: 4 business days
Processing times do not include weekends & major holidays. Processing times may also be longer during peak holiday shopping season.
We also offer next business day expedited processing for jewelry & accessory orders. If available, it will be shown during checkout.
We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times for shipping to US destinations are as follows:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 days
- USPS Priority shipping: 2-3 days
Transit times may be longer during peak holiday shopping season or due to other issues that may affect delivery such as weather.
Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on jewelry and small accessory orders over $75.
Suncatchers, gemstone hangings and fedoras are not eligible for free shipping. If you order includes any of those items along with jewelry or small accessories there will be a shipping charge.
When your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking.
If your package is running late without any tracking updates or never showed up, please contact the delivery company used to resolve this issue. USPS sometimes scans items delivered before they have been. We suggest waiting a day or two to see if it does get delivered.
If they are unable to help you, please get in contact with our customer service by emailing customerservice@fierceforward.com and we'll be happy to help you resolve this.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If your order has been shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot retrieve it once it's in the hands of the delivery service. If your order has been returned to us due to providing an incorrect address or other delivery related issue, the order cannot be cancelled & the customer is responsible for purchasing shipping to resend the order.
We are not responsible for items being delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen but we will try to help resolve this with you.
We take great care to prevent any damage to your order during transit. In the unlikely event that something does arrive damaged or is missing from your order we will replace or repair the piece(s) at no charge.
Customers must notify us via email at customercare@fierceforward.com about any missing pieces or damage within 24 hours of delivery.
If we are notified after 24 hours of the documented delivery date we will not automatically cover repair or replacement but will try to work out a resolution.

We ship internationally via:
- USPS First-Class Package International Service - estimated transit time 6 to 20 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail International - estimated transit time of 6 to 10 business days.
Actual delivery times can be influenced by factors such as customs processing, international transit, and the specific destination's postal services.
Tracking is available for most Priority Mail International packages. Tracking is available to select countries when shipping via First-Class Package International Service. It provides updates at key points during the package’s journey, such as acceptance and delivery.

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Always measure around your neck before ordering if you are unsure of the size. Every person is different so how a necklace length looks on someone else may end up being different for you.
Necklace length is the open necklace laid straight & measured end to end not including the stone. The stone will hang at the length you choose. The best way to confirm what size is best for you is to use a loose tape measure or drape a string around your neck, mark it where you want the length to be, then measure the string. In general 14" would be for a choker length, 16" typically hits at the collar bone, 18" hits above the heart and 20" or more would be good for a long layered look with other necklaces.

Take a loose tape measure and wrap it around your wrist. You could also use a string and just measure the length you need based on how it fits. Keep in mind that if you plan to wear several pieces at a time you may want to pick a size up for the ones that will be worn higher on your arm. Due to variations in bead size and shape there may be a .5” variance in size.

It is best to remove your jewelry when you sleep, exercise, shower or swim. If you have gemstone jewlery be careful to not bump or drop the piece since gemstones can be fragile. Our beaded bracelets are made with high quality stretch cord but care must be taken to not over stretch or snag them as they are not impervious to breaking.
It is best to keep you jewelry dry and away from sprays, oils and other chemicals. These are known to tarnish jewelry faster. Each one of us is unique and your personal body chemistry + PH levels can affect how quickly jewelry may tarnish.
It is best to store your jewelry in a jewelry box, small cloth or plasltic bag so that they are separate and do not scratch up against each other.
If you need to clean your jewelry we suggest using a jewelry polishing cloth or cotton cloth. Gently wipe your jewelry never rub.
We suggest hanging your piece in an area where is will not be exposed to constant direct sunlight or the elements. If you want to hang your piece outside it would be best if it was on a covered porch. Direct sunlight can fade gemstones over time.
We also do not suggest twisting the rings of gemstone hangings. Frequent twisting may weaken the wire ofer time. Treat your hanging with care and it will keeps it's vibrant energy and appearance for years to come!
Cancellations or order changes must be made within 24 hours of when the order was placed. Please contact us at customercare@fierceforward.com or through online chat.
We do offer wholesale on most of our jewelry through Faire or directly through us. We do not wholesale our home decor or accessories.

We do offer repairs on jewelry purchased from us. The cost will depend on the repair needed. The customer is also responsible for paying for return and outgoing shipping of the repaired item.
To initiate a repair request, email us at customercare@fierceforward.com with your order number or name along with pictures and we will reply back within 48 business hours.

Custom orders are not avilable during the winter holiday shopping season.
Custom orders are only done with the pieces and stones we have on hand. We will not do custom orders using stones or parts that belong to the customer.
